New North American Phonograph Co.New Brown Wax CylindersNNAPC records new brown wax cylinder records. They are all acoustic, offer exellent sound quality. Their maxtrixes are 2 min cylinder records from 1886-1912. Each cylinder is recorded off of a CD or cassette master tape, but acoustically engraved so each is an original record, just like they did from 1888-1894. Their main supplier of music is the American Gramophone and Wireless Co, who is also helping them get set up to make their own wax cylinder blanks. Their catalog is going to include North American, Columbia Graphophone, New Jersey Phonograph Co., Oxford, Us Everlasting, Kansas Phonograph Co., National Phonograph Co. (Thomas Edison) Ect. They also will offer custom recording from customers CDs and tapes.

Former wife of the legendary Bob Scobey, Jan was a musician in her own right, with her early sixties band, "Jan Scobey and her Dixie Cats." Her catalog, is a quarter-inch thick work containing most of the traditional Jazz, Dixieland, Big Band and Ragtime titles in the known universe, original and revival, (the order form listing alone is seven pages!)
